Is on the spot booking is possible for Tent City accommodation?
On the spot booking is not possible. You have to book accommodation at Tent city in advance.
What is included in my booking?
Your booking includes everything mentioned in itinerary you have received at the time of your booking.
How can I cancel the booking?
Replythe confirmation email requesting the cancellation.
What are the facilities for Specially abled person?
Wheelchairs (without assistant) are available on request. Availability of wheelchair is limited. Reception, restaurant, rooms and bathrooms are Specially abled people friendly. Apart from Specially abled people, wheelchairs are available for elderly peoples as well.
Are pets allowed in the Tent city?
We regret that pets are not allowed.
What if any component of the booking is missed to avail?
There is no compensation possible in any way for missed component. Any missed Attractions from the package can not be shifted to the next day.
Is early Check-in and / or late Check-out is possible in the tent city?
Early Check-in and / or late Check-out in the tent / cottage are subject to availability. Guest can wait to the reception after arrival or room check-out if early check- in / late check-out is not possible.
Is any amendment possible in the booking?
Amendment is subject to availability of the tents and will be treated as per the cancellation policy.
What is the maximum occupancy of the tent?
Maximum Occupancy is up to 3 person per tent.
What is payment condition for the booking?
Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of full payment in advance.
Is lunch available for late check-in?
Standard lunch time is 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm. Lunch will not be available beyond then.
Can personal vehicles reached in Tent city?
No. You have to cross the Ganga in boat to reach The Tent City.
What if your transaction failed / booking is not done but the amount is deducted from your account?
For failed transaction, you can try to make payment aging with proper payment methods.
If booking is not done after deduction of amount, generally amount is reversed in your transaction source within 5 working days.

Can we reach to The Tent City in personal vehicle?
Personal vehicles CAN NOT reach The Tent City. You have to cross Ganga to reach The Tent City in a boat which is included in your package. Boat boarding will be done from Ravidas Ghat, so you can arrange parking of your vehicle nearby.
How I will get transfer from Ghaat to The Tent City ?
Transfer will be done by Boat from Ghaat to The Tent City on sharing basis.
Is transport available from Railway station / Airport?
You can request vehicle for pick-up / drop from Railway station / Airport on CHARGABLE basis.
Can I get individual / personal transfer from The Ghaat to The Tent City?
Yes. Individual / personal boat transfer from the ghaat is available on chargeable basis on prior request.
